Plan to visit BeWell's popular annual Wellness Fair this spring and renew your commitment to taking care of yourself and your community. Following the relaunch last fall of Cardinal at Work Cares, Stanford’s employee give-back program, this year’s Wellness Fairs invite you to build meaningful connections for the greater good. The fairs will feature many ways you can give back at the event and beyond.

Checking in with yourself is equally as important. With prevention as one of the core principles of the BeWell program, the Wellness Fairs are an opportunity to revisit and learn more about your benefits and employee programs in a fun, engaging way so you can take proactive steps to maintain your health as you make a difference in our community and the world.

As one Stanford employee said following last year's fair, “I’m grateful to have an employer that gives us opportunities like the Wellness Fairs to not only improve our lives but to help us connect with one another.”

Join this celebration of community and well-being, happening at Stanford Redwood City on May 8 and at the Stanford campus on May 21. Enjoy music and giveaways (while supplies last) and meet the people who support your well-being at Stanford.

Elizabeth Zacharias, Vice President for Human Resources, added, “The Wellness Fairs bring our community together to prioritize and celebrate our well-being. With this year’s event focused on giving back, I’m confident that we can create a positive impact that benefits not only individuals but the community as a whole.”
