Building awareness and skills related to addressing implicit bias, diversity, racism, social justice, and micro aggression in the workplace so staff feel safe to speak up and stand up to racism
Community Engagement
Identifying ways to have greater impact in the Stanford community, including building a supplier partnership network of Black- and minority-owned businesses, as well as through the Black Community Council and Community Board on Public Safety
