Help assemble donations

Volunteers are needed to prepare donation packages for distribution. Have fun hanging out with colleagues while doing something for the greater good!

Donation assembly events will be held at various locations, including the Stanford campus, SLAC, and Stanford Redwood City. Each event brings volunteers together to sort through donated items and assemble them into donation packages for distribution to the non-profit organizations.

Approximately 30 minutes of your time will be required on the day of the events, taking place at the end of the Nov. donation drive. Please seek approval from your supervisor if you plan to take time out of your normal workday schedule to volunteer.

Beginning in Sept. 2024, you’ll be able to sign up for 2024 assembly parties on the Cardinal at Work Cares Community Opportunities platform. 

When you have completed this volunteer work, don’t forget to log in to the BeWell incentive platform to claim your points for participating.
