The Talent Acquisition Community of Practice focuses on belonging, learning, and partnership for Stanford talent acquisition professionals across all schools and units. 

About the community 

Together, this group aims to share best practices, gather resources, and discuss diversity in recruiting, ultimately improving the Stanford recruiting experience. Finding top talent, building efficient workflows, and cultivating a sense of belonging are shared values for this community of practice. This group meets virtually on a quarterly basis.
