What is one fun fact about you?
The Hollywood movie "Dangerous Minds" was based on my real life homeroom class (1992) at Carlmont High School.
What is one thing that you like about working at Stanford?
The honor to be part of a renowned institution with a strong reputation.
Tell us briefly about an event, project, program or initiative you were involved with at Stanford that you're most proud of.
During my time at LBRE, I was involved in the planning and implementation of bringing University Facilities Dispatchers/ Stanford-1 back to the Bonair yard. This move allowed me to help train and provide support for my new team.
What is one of your favorite memories while working at Stanford?
One of my favorite memories at Stanford is working at Stern Hall for R&DE during the late-night kitchen. I was the Student Manager at the time, and for safety reasons, I was obligated to ask a student to leave the dining area and return once he had shoes on. This student was not famous at the time, and his name was Tiger Woods.
Leave your Legacy: What piece of guidance would you give a new hire at Stanford?
Building better relationships and connections with colleagues is the best way to gel well in the new workplace.
