Manager Workshops
In recognition of the unique challenges that a dynamic and large-scale workplace presents, Stanford is now offering manager workshops to give managers tools and resources to effectively and confidently handle these challenges. These workshops focus on areas many Stanford managers have identified as especially important during this period of transition and re-engagement.
Manager workshops foster collaboration and connection among the university’s managers and give you the chance to learn from university leaders and experts.
These workshops allow for in-depth exploration of a topic by being interactive, having a 90-minute session time, and taking place with a small group of managers.
On this page you can find upcoming manager workshops and links to recordings of past workshops. Workshops will be held via Zoom, and registration through STARS is required. Enrollment is limited to preserve a size conducive to the workshops’ interactive structure.
If you would like to share your feedback on your experience with manager workshops or express interest on topics you’d like future workshops to cover, please contact learningdev@stanford.edu.
